In the simulation the manager is to influence what course of action should be taken when two employees go outside of the social clubs rule of conduct. Jamal Moore did something un-ethical; he went outside troupe indemnity and used a computer to cut up into a nonher employees blog site. The reciprocal ohm employee, Aaron Webb was posting smart set private discipline on a personal blog site for the entire world to see. The company ethics policy and code of conduct clearly states that employees should not share company private information with outside influences. In order to key a decision in this dilemma the stakeholders needed to be identified.
