Significance Of Ponyboy In "The Outsiders"

In the novel the Outsiders by S.E. Hinton there is a strong character called Ponyboy, This character gives an engaging vibe to this book with the situations and conflicts he is engaged in. This book is roughly about the gangs that were round in the mid 1960s as people were classed into triplet opposite sections the greasers, middle class and the Socs.

Firstly the story of the outsiders is told in first person communicative as its told in Ponyboys point of view. This can be easily be outline by the use of I.
